Median Income vs. Average Home Prices (By County) relationship between medium income and average home prices for each county. this can help the first-time homebuyers understand the affordability of different areas based on their income and the average home prices
household size distribution (by county) displays the distrubution of household sizes in different counties and helping users identify areas with larger or smaller household, which can align with their family needs
ownership vs.renting (by county) percentage of homeownership vs. renters in each county. this can provide insights into whether a region is predominatly a rental market or ownership-driven which can also be an influence to the buyer’s decision.
top counties for education & affordability compare top counties using multiple columns such as school enrollment, graduation rates, median income, and home prices. radar charts can display multiple criteria simultaneously while bubble charts can show threee dimensions ( income, home prices, and education)
